Returns and Exchanges

Only the customers who accept no returns/refunds/replacements, etc., may purchase our products. 

We only accept if purchase items are different from the order or defective goods. 

Please let customer care team know within seven days of receipt of your order.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. 

 

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Our Policy

If you are based outside of Japan you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

In the case that a tax claim is sent to our company, we will make a refund which calculates in the cost of the tax as well.

Shoes

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Underwear & Swimwear

Purchased Mieko Uesako Online Shop underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
