About return / exchange
We do not accept changes to your order (product changes, color, size) or cancellations after the order is placed. Please confirm your order details before completing your purchase.
We do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer reasons such as size or image differences, or ordering mistakes.
However, if the product is defective or if you receive a different product from what you ordered, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of delivery using the contact information below.
Please contact us within one week of receiving the product and return it to us using the method specified by our company.
We will exchange the product for a correct item or issue a refund.
If there is no replacement product available after the return is received, we will refund the product price. Additionally, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the product.
Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
1. Returns due to customer reasons (size does not fit, image differs, ordering mistakes, etc.)
2. Products that have been received for more than 8 days
3. Products that have been used even once
4. Products that have stains or damage caused by the customer
5. Hygiene products such as underwear
6. If the delivery note or tags have been lost

About Refund Methods
・If you ordered by credit card payment
If it is within the credit card sales confirmation closing period, we will process a "cancellation" of the sales.
If the sales confirmation closing date has passed, we will process a "refund." If neither of these methods is possible, we will refund via bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.
・If you ordered by bank transfer or cash on delivery
We will refund via bank transfer, so please specify the bank account for the transfer. Please note that we cannot accept refunds by registered cash mail.
Regarding Returns and Exchanges from Overseas
For returns due to customer reasons, any "customs duties" incurred when returning the product to us will be deducted from the refund amount. (Shipping costs and customs duties for returns and reshipments due to defective products, etc., will be borne by our company.)
In the case of exchanges, "customs duties" and "exchange shipping costs" will be borne by the customer.
