About returns and exchanges

We do not accept changes in contents after placing an order (change of products, change of color/size, etc.) or cancellation. Please confirm the contents before completing your order.

We do not accept product exchange or return of goods for customer convenience such as different size, different image, or wrong order.

However, if the product is defective, or if the product is different from your order, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after delivery.
Please contact us within one week after the arrival of the product and send it back to us by the method specified by our company.

We will exchange or refund good order products.
If there is no replacement after the return arrives, we will refund the price of the product. In addition, we will bear the postage required for the return and retransmission of the product.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
1. Return at customer's convenience (size does not fit, is different from image, wrong order, etc.)
2. Products that have passed more than 8 days after the arrival of the product
3. Products used once
4. Products that have been soiled or scratched under the customer
5. Hygiene products such as underwear
6. If you lose your invoice or tag

How to refund

If you order by credit card payment

We will "cancel" the sales within the period of the credit card sales confirmation date.
In the case of the final closing date of the sales, we will process the refund. In addition, if any of the above methods are not possible, we will refund it by bank transfer to the customer's designated bank account.

If you order by bank transfer or cash on delivery

We will refund you by bank transfer, so please specify your bank account. Please note that we are unable to accept refunds by registered cash.
