Product Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations
We do not accept changes to orders (such as product changes or color/size changes) or cancellations after the order has been placed. Please confirm your order details before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as wrong size, different image, or mistaken order.
If the delivered product is defective or differs from the ordered item, we will respond accordingly.
In such cases, please contact us via "Contact Us" within one week of receiving the product.
We will exchange the product for the same item only if stock is available. If there is no stock available for exchange, we will issue a refund.
We will bear the shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the product.
Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Returns due to customer reasons (size does not fit, different image, mistaken order, etc.)
・Products more than 8 days after arrival
・Products that have been used once
・Products that have stains or damage caused by the customer
・Hygiene products such as underwear
・If the delivery slip or tags are lost

Payment Deadline
・For bank transfers, please transfer to the designated account within one week after order confirmation (transfer fees are borne by the customer) We will ship the product after confirming your payment. ・For cash on delivery, payment is made upon receipt of the product.
・For credit card payments, the billing date and contract details depend on your credit card company. Please check with your card company.
