About the delivery company
We will deliver it within about a week after receiving your order (excluding business days). The business day will be according to the calendar.All delivery will be delivered by Yamato Transport Takkyubin. If you wish to specify the arrival date, please fill in the memo field when ordering. We cannot accept shipping by mail / mail service to be delivered. It is also possible to ship by Sagawa Express. If you wish, please let us know when ordering.
About shipping charges
Only in Japan, if the total price of shopping products is 11,000 yen or more (tax included), we will deliver products for free.

About overseas shipping
Shipping to overseas is accepted by EMS.
After receiving your order, we will deliver it in about one to 10 days. Please note that the delivery date cannot be specified.
[Delivery status check]
You can check the delivery status from the EMS inquiry number. Along with the shipping notification, we will inform you of the EMS inquiry number and the URL of the luggage tracking.
[Customs]
Due to the purchase price, customs duties may be charged separately. If "tariff" occurs, please pay directly to the delivery company or customs. Customs duties vary depending on the product, so please check on the domestic customs site.
In the case of overseas shipping, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer regardless of the order amount.
The shipping fee is determined by the weight of the ordered product. Please check the shipping fee after going to the cash register.

If you want to change the delivery destination or recipient, you can change it before shipping. Please note that it cannot be corrected after shipping.
